Mattress and Mattress Topper Limited 20 Years Warranty

This Corporation ANGEL REST inc. warranty covers for the first ten (10) years the replacement or repair of your ANGEL REST mattress, at our option, against structural or manufacturing defects, excluding the specific limitations hereafter described. It should be noted that this limited warranty does not cover the normal loss of firmness of the ANGEL REST material nor a decrease in the slow-recovery feature of the mattress, as these material’s cell structure degradation resulting in a visible indentation greater than three-quarter (3/4) inches on the mattress surface, if not caused by foundation, box spring, or platform collapsing. Material splitting or cracking arising from any physical flaw are also covered, conditional upon proper use and handling of the product.

Should such defects occur during the last ten (10) years covered by this limited warranty, we will, at our option, repair the mattress with handling charges to you, or replace the mattress with a prorated charge to you. During the first year of this prorated 10-year period, the prorated replacement charge will be fifty (50) percent of the original purchase price. The prorated charge will then increase by five (5) percent for each subsequent year.

The mattress liner is covered for one (1) year against material or manufacturing defects. The warranty is void in the case of product misuse. Misuse includes, but without being limited to, burns, cuts and holes made with sharp or blunt objects, or caused by improper handling or cleaning procedures.

All warranties described above shall be void if the mattress, foundation or cover is physically damaged, burned, cut, torn, or is abnormally soiled or unsanitary. All hereby terms shall be reduced by 50% when applying to an adjustable bed or foundation. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product. All shipping costs are at the purchaser’s expense and are additional to any prorated charges. A proof of purchase must be provided for any warranty claim. Pillow Limited 3 Years Warranty

This Corporation ANGEL REST inc. warranty covers for the first three (3) years the replacement or repair of your ANGEL REST pillow (at the discretion of the manufacturer) if it is judged defective following a structural or manufacturing defect, excluding the specific limitations hereafter described. It should be noted that this limited warranty does not cover the normal loss of firmness of the pillow nor the decrease in the slow-recovery feature of its initial profile, which are aspects that do not affect the pillow’s ability to relieve stress points. This warranty covers the degradation of the cell structure of the material, which would result in a visible indentation greater than a half (1/2) inch in the pillow. This warranty applies to faulty material used for the pillow which causes damage in spite of proper use and handling of the product.

Likewise, this warranty is void if the pillow was used without a pillow cover or if it is damaged, burned, cut, ripped or abnormally dirty or soiled. This warranty is valid only for the initial purchaser of the product. All shipping costs are at the purchaser’s expense. A proof of purchase must be provided for any warranty claim.

The slight odor which can come from the ANGEL REST material at the start of its use may appear objectionable. However, it is not dangerous and will dissipate after a while.

Important: do not soak or wash the pillow in the washing machine.
